conducted SSC CGL TIER I 2018-19 Exam from 4th June to 13th
June 2019. Now the candidates must be eager to know the result or the cut – off

The question paper of SSC CGL TIER 1 2018-19 EXAM had 100
questions of 2 marks each in the objective type format. The questions were
framed from easy to moderate level. SSC will observe negative marking for every
wrong answer by deducting 0.5 marks for each wrong answer.
SSC CGL Tier-I (CBE) 2018-19 Exam: Expected Cut-Off
As the question paper
had an easy to moderate level questions with four sections to be attempted such
as Quantitative Aptitude, English Language and Comprehension, General
Intelligence & Reasoning and General Awareness. There will be negative
marking and 0.5 marks will be deducted as penalty for every wrong answer.

We hope that expected merit score is clear in the minds of
every student. Once you have qualified SSC CGL TIER- I 2018-19, then you need a

After qualifying SSC CGL TIER I, one should start
preparing for SSC CGL TIER II exam, which is an objective type exam. It will be
conducted in online mode. The
exam consists of four papers such as Quantitative Abilities, English Language
and Comprehension, Statistics and General Studies (Finance & Economics). It
is mandatory to appear in both Paper-I and Paper-II for all posts. Those who
have applied for Junior Statistical Officer need to appear in Paper-III
provided they are shortlisted in SSC TIER I EXAM. Paper-IV is applicable for only
those candidates who have applied for the posts of Assistant Audit Officer/
Assistant Accounts Officer.
SSC CGL Tier
III comprises of descriptive paper which is conducted offline or pen and paper
mode. It is conducted by SSC to examine and analyze the language proficiency of
the candidates such as grammar knowledge, vocabulary and writing skills. It is
a language based test which can be written in Hindi or English as per the
medium opted for the exam.
Finally, Tier-IV
is conducted and is open to those who have qualified all the previous stages of
SSC CGL EXAM. This exam has some skill tests which
are obligatory for certain government posts. It is followed by a document
verification procedure. The skill tests conducted under this tier are DEST
(Data Entry Speed Test), CPT (Computer Proficiency Test).
